I used to be an individual host but I have now registered as a business. Do I need to create a new account?
No. Just update your billing profile information on your account.
I am a business that manages accommodations of individuals and/or other businesses. Do I need to create separate accounts?
No. You create one account only and you can manage all accommodations from there.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Our prices do not include VAT.
Is there a minimum subscription period?
No, you can cancel at any time and you will not be billed for the next month.
Will I get charged more if I have multiple business branches?
No, the charge is independent of the number branches of your business.
We operate some accommodations only part of the year. How does billing work?
You are charged only for the months your accommodations are operational. You can set individual properties to a ‘Paused’ status during the off-season, and no charges will apply for those months. Simply ‘Unpause’ your properties when your operating season begins.
