If you had previous connections in GuestArrive and there were existing properties before establishing your connection with Hostaway then you will need to perform the following final step.
In GuestArrive, on your Hostaway connections page, you will see the list of listings that were imported from Hostaway. Next to each listing you can choose to either create a new GuestArrive property for that listing by clicking on “Connect as new property” or you can map it to an existing property in GuestArrive from the drop-down select under “Or map to existing property”. Your reservations with Hostaway will start to synchronize with GuestArrive.
