Connect your Hostaway account to GuestArrive

Login to your Hostaway account – click here.

From the menu, select “Settings” then “Hostaway API”:

Click on “Create” and the following modal window will appear:

For the field “Name” type a convenient name for this connection, such as “GuestArrive” and from the field “Partner” search for or type “GuestArrive”.

Click on “Create” and you will see your Account Id and API key. You can copy the Account Id and API key separately by clicking on the copy to clipboard icon next to each field. Do not close this modal window yet or your browser tab.

On a new browser tab go to GuestArrive and log in to your account. From the menu select “Channels & PMS”

Find Hostaway and click “Connect”.

Click on “Create New Connection”.

On the modal window that appears enter your Hostaway Account Id in the field “Client Id” and you API key in the field “Client Secret” and click on “Add”.

If this is the first Channel Manager/PMS or Channel in GuestArrive then your connection with Hostaway has been completed and your reservations and listings will synchronize with GuestArrive. Otherwise, please see our article on Mapping Hostaway listings to GuestArrive properties.
